The process
As everything in life, it takes time, it won't be done after a 60 minutes conversation.
So, this is the plan:
1-1 Sessions
We are going to meet once a week for 60 minutes during one month:
Talk - Teach - Homework - Check
I will listen, I will teach you, I will give you my creative advice, then you are going to execute and together we are going to review.
It is in practicing that magic happen, so I will be there for you while you are doing it.
Final steps

My name is Xenia Marcinko, and I am the Executive Producer and Film Enchantress of The Magus Films.
I am an Audiovisual Producer from Caracas, Venezuela with more than 14 years of experience in advertising. I have participated in, and created, a great number of audiovisual pieces that elicit emotions and transmit powerful messages.
I’ve produced more than 500 videos for clients such as Pepsi, Coca-Cola, 7up, Movistar, Gatorade, H2Oh, Copa Airlines, Digicel, Crocs, Guao Foundation, Disney, etc.
And also for these advertising agencies: Publicis, Leo Burnett, JMC Y*R, Ogilvy, Deep Saatchi&Saatchi, Eliaschev, Anchor, Amarillo, Flourish Media, etc.
Filmography includes: The Girl of the Rift, short film (2021), We Flourish, documentary (2022-postproduction), There was once a Dragon, short film (2022-postproduction).
